हमारा देश विविधतापूर्ण और बहुमुखी होते हुए भी व्यावहारिक रूप से सौंदर्यपूर्ण है। हालांकि, दुनिया भर का भ्रमण करने के बाद मुझे एहसास हुआ की हमारा देश एक और मामले में अन्य देशों से अलग हैं। हम सभी को देश के राजनीतिक मुद्दों के बारे में पता है और राजनीतिक रूप से स्वच्छंद हैं। हमारे “चौपाल” या “बोर्डरूम विचार विमर्श”, में हमेशा लोगों को सरकारी सेटअप कि खामियों पर चर्चा और सरकार की ओर से इन मुद्दों का समाधान करने के लिए क्या किया जा सकता है, इस पर चर्चा करते हुए देखा जा सकता है।
शायद, www.MyGov.in की स्थापना इन्हीं सुझावों और विचारों को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया गया है। हमारी पृष्ठभूमि, उम्र, सांस्कृतिक मतभेदों और पदानुक्रम के भिन्न होने के बाद भी हम देश के शासन में भाग ले सकते है। इसके माध्यम से देश का हर नागरिक अपनी रुचि के क्षेत्र के आधार पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में योगदान कर सकता है। “योगदान के बजाय निंदा” के विचार को छोड़कर मैंने अपने अनुभव और विशेषज्ञता के क्षेत्र में योगदान करने के लिए इस अवसर का लाभ उठाया। मैंने “गंगा एक्शन प्लान” के लिए वास्तविक समय नेटवर्क का इस्तेमाल करने और इसे गंगा के कमजोर क्षेत्रों का सीमांकन कर भौगोलिक सूचना प्रणाली (जीआईएस) के साथ जोड़ने का सुझाव दिया।
मैंने कई लोगों को www.MyGov.in पर अपने सुझाव साझा करते हुए देखा जिनमें से अधिकांश सुझाव सराहनीय थे। थोड़ी देर के लिए मैंने सोचा की कहीं न कहीं कोई इन सभी विचारों की स्क्रीनिंग और उन्हें पढ़ने के चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य में लगा होगा। जब मुझे मेरीसरकार द्वारा फोन आया और मुझे बताया गया की मेरा योगदान विचार के योग्य पाया गया और मैं व्यक्तिगत रुप से माननीय प्रधानमंत्री से मिल सकती हूँ तो, मेरी पहली प्रतिक्रिया अविश्वासपूर्ण थी। 1 जुलाई 2015 को मेरा सपना पुरा हुआ। मैंने देश के सच्चे ऑइकन, श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को सुना और उनसे हाथ मिलाया। उनके प्रेरणादायक शब्द मुझे आने वाले वर्षों में भी प्रेरित करेंगे। मेरा सपना मेरीसरकार टीम के सराहनीय प्रयासों के द्वारा ही पुरा हो सका। उनके विनम्र व्यवहार ने मेरे जीवन में हजारों सुनहरी यादें जोड़ी है।
एक इरास्मस होने के नाते, मैंने www.MyGov.in मेरे अंतरराष्ट्रीय साथियों के समूह के साथ तस्वीरें खिंची और बैठक भी की। मैंने “भागीदारी विकास” की विधा द्वारा सरकार के काम की सराहना के लिए कई बधाई संदेश प्राप्त किए जिसने ‘भारत’ के प्रति उनकी धारणा को बदल दिया है। उनमें से कई संदेशों को नागरिकों ने अपने-अपने देशों में दोहराने की कामना की है। मैंने सोचा की “125 करोड़ नागरिक देश को एक बेहतर देश बनाने के लिए एकजुट होकर कार्य करेंगे तो देश कैसा लगेगा?” हम एक शासी हो जाएँगे और सरकार के लिए हमारी कभी न खत्म होने वाली दुर्भावना खत्म हो जाएगी। इस प्रकार मैं द्श के सभी नागरिकों से न केवल वोट बल्कि अपनी राय द्वारा भी इस क्रांति में भाग लेने के लिए आग्रह करती हूँ। भारत को एक महान भारत बनाने का सपना देख सकते हैं और इसमें रहने की इच्छा करते हैं….

Sir, I just want to say one thing on the issue of law and order. If any policy be made to curb the crime please take opinion of constable, head constable, sub inspector and inspr. Because the IPS officers are just sitting in their AC rooms and made policy without discussing the matter with the staff who are doing field jobs.
Sir please develop such type of software and provide to all shopkeeper free of cost with condition that all shopkeeper will sale their items through this software and bill can be generated, so that tax can be pay to government by shopkeeper without hiding any sale.

I am happy to inform you that I’m regularly send my suggestions through MyGov & Modi App.I have scored 4900 points in Modi App.I’m not able to know how much Total Activity Points I have earned in MyGov portal.I’ll be grateful to you if you kindly issue a participation certificate signed by you to all users scoring more Activity Points through MyGov portal & Modi App.Modi App is not responding often.Not able to send any suggestions or feedback as server is not responding.
Now my idea might sound insane at first so read till end. I want govt to use so called Andhvishwaas for discipline in society. For e.g. If you will drive on right side of the road then Shani grah will impact you. If you throw garbage on road then Laxmi will get angry.
I have picked up this idea from old Hindu traditions in which doing some act was considered auspicious.
I feel that’s the only way our countrymen can be put into following rules.
You can take help from pandits/maulvis etc.
1. Pl see if we can stop the issuing coloured monthly bills everymonth instead an sms and e-mail bill help to reduce so many papers across India. I like the sms system of Indian railways which is very good. Similarly can be done for all sorts of monthly bills that a consumer gets every month. Pl give a thought on the same.
2. On education – now a days it’s become a business so eduction system needs to be revamped as School fees are not affordable and private school are charging any things
One suggestion that I would like to make is that a number of natural calamity affects some parts of the country at regular intervals. We hear a lot of this thru the proceeding in the Parliament, press as well as in the media. A lot of monetary demand is made by the affected state. Why not start contributing to the cause by cumpulsory parting a portion of the subsidy each of us receive thru LPG, Kerosene etc. There should be no objection as the money is going for a good cause.
I also would like to contribute but I find the site not user friendly. When I want to give suggestions I just do not know how to proceed. Can some one enlighten me on how to proceed. One suggestion that I would like to make is that just like in football there is extension of the match as injury time, similarly when Parliament gets disturbed and is forced to adjourn, the time lost should me made up. During this time to additional payment should be made.

I really appreciate the Digital India Initiative, But we are going little bit in wrong direction there.
When we talk about e-governance and start adding lot of information on web pages but at the same time we are making things complicated. I would also recompensed our gov to keep SIMPLIFICATION in their mind. I would suggest that we should have few centralized websites rather scattered many.

I think our Government needs a ethics and Compliance department. Culture of ethics is very important and the PM has set the right tone at the top. But to ensure the Code of conduct is followed, we need a proper monitoring mechanism.
I am very happy with Minister Mr Arun Jaitley’s intiative to make judiciary accountable for their work. Justice delayed is justice denied. Misuse of power by courts using police and inconsistencies of judgements is on rise. Face value and social status are influencing judicial decisions. Fake cases are on rise. Pending cases are on rise. Fake dowry , fake rape cases are defaming India’s image. Police do not know how to proper investigation. Well done sir for raising this issue.
In this country ISRO is one of world’s top organisation and has sent Mangalyan successfully on the first attempt and hailed by the world community.Then why is it that we fail to produce a jet fighter plane or Art. Gun.and other defense equipment.

The Bus conductor refused to provide the journey ticket to my senior citizen father and to my little child and my wife. Reason : the Govt. DTC bus conductor did NOT have sufficient coins or lower currency denominations. And, thereafter the inspection squad penalized us. Is this justified?
Why take permission for lie detector test from court,court allows for lie detector test because they genuinely have faith on the machine.Then why not install it in the courts’stockade?Court k andar hum insaan k sapath ya oath k bharose q rehte hain.Most of them lie. Aur unke jooth se to humare gita aur quran ki kya value reh jayegi?Bihar me to FIR lodge krne k liye bhi paise lagte hain….aur humse umeed ki jaati hai ki hum andhe kaanoon pe bharosha rakhe.

are u aware that most of the employers not paying gratuity to its employees. they take sign on paying voucher from employees but not paid in actual. my suggestion is that every employer should deposit yearly the amount of gratuity the in bank account or pf account of employees. the restriction of 5 year should be remove.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD START A SINGLE WINDOW SOFTWARE FOR INDIA AS A WHOLE, FROM WHERE ONLY AND ONLY SALE INVOICE CAN GENERATE. THIS SHOULD CURB TAX EVASION. AS NOW THE SELLER SELL THE GOODS ON MANUAL OR COMPUTERISED INVOICE IF THE GOODS CHECKED IN TRANSIT THEN THE SALE ENTERED IN BOOKS BUT WHEN GOODS NOT CHECKED IN TRANSIT THE INVOICE MAKE DESTROYED.
FOR IMPLEMENTATION THIS INVOICE SOFTWARE IN INDIA AS WHOLE THE ENTIRE SALE IS RECORDED, GOODS SOLD WITHOUT USING THIS SOFTWARE SHOULD BE CONFISCATED

Common men don’t understand politics! Recent news about Dadri Murder, black money, politics of hate, false promises, business of politics, slow market situation, corruption etc. are so disappointing that they wonder with uncertainty in everything.

I have written to the PM and CM haryana about our pending due refund of VAT..crores of Rs. Of due VAT of most businessmen are held up of several years. The process of getting it back is so combersome and involves a bribe of 10 to 15 %.
No action is being taken to simplify the refund process.
It should automatically transferred in to our account as is done be Income tax.
I request PM to act as it will support Digital India
Please restrict all goverment officers to accept Gifts on Diwali, by Order. If anyone found taking Gifts, he should be considered accepting bribe.

Sir please give attention to my suggestion and discuss it with your cabinet and officers. my suggestion is that all of us trying to conserve and provide cheap and clean energy,for this the solar energy is the best option but the problem is that it is very costly.Hence unaffordable for poor and farmers who are the most prone to energy deficiency. So, to provide solar energy affordable to these poor and farmers we have to subsidised the solar panels.

So one day I asked them the reason of the situation, most of them replied that they came for the withdrawal of money from their monthly income saving account..! as they had deposited their life time cash capital in Monthly Income Plan and various postal deposit schemes It’s their faith in India Post..

Now the day we are saying " Young India" but actually there are ‘Sick India’ due to lack of medical facility. We dont need smart city & bullet train and not hurry about that. We need good health and education first.
Death rate due to cancer are increasing. During treatment suffered family lost all saving and last person also.its very hourable and painful. India need more hospotal, more oncologist, more research in different cancer, more support from other country and more subsidise in carcer treatment. I can give up my LPG subsidy if more subsidi provide to all cancer patient. Please think about in this field and try to motivate people or system to reduce pollution which cause of cancer.
Dear sir,on jan my father was passed away after painfull strugling from cancer(multiple myeloma) which was very agresive desease.His treatment was under TMH, mumbai. During treatment of my farher my exp & observation is that india are comming in custody of very croniclofe threaten desease like cancer, cardiac like. Patient are continuously increasing day by day but no of doctor, hospital and medicine in subsidice are not available in significant ammount. Sir people are dieing from cancer.
If we will announce that like a who will be deposit total legal or illegal money in our indian banks so government will be 10% legal money sanction on illegal money for there account holder. Then after government could start the new way of stop corruption in india as like from ban on cash and only way of transaction from a/c to a/c only.
And government should have to rights on checking there all of accounts for audit or other reasons.

Increase Voting during election : Declared Holiday on election to increase voting in particular state.If not declared holiday,in private sector person will not attain election. Also arrange election on one Day in one state during holiday to increase voting.
To stop Littering at Train platform:Prepare lock at latrine outlate to open close which is control by driver.Latrine outlate close when train reach at platform to avoid latrine spread at platform & help to keep platform clean.When train left platform at that time release break to open latrine outlate lock to remove collected latrine.When this system willimprove in train latrine,platform look like clean.Indian railway will get good appreciation in world when this sugession will improve.

IT IS ON THE CRUCIAL PROBLEM I.E., UNEMPLOYMENT IN INDIA. I HAVE SENT A PROJECT REPORT WITH A COVERING LETTER ADDRESSING HON’BLE PM BUT NO REPLY FOR THIS LETTER. IT IS SO BAD ON THIS ISSUE.
IT IS BETTER CLOSE THE PG PORTAL. DON’T WASTE THE GENERAL PUBLIC TIME. SIMPLY FORWARDING IS NOT THE SOLUTION.
Corruption begins when there is no accountability. 10 level scrutiny approves a Govt project firstly delaying it then and there. With no clear owner with sufficient powers makes it open to corruption. Accountability comes with responsibility. Our system has inhibitions in recognising and giving responsibilities. An employee of public undertaking has more powers when he is considered semi government while a Govt servant is not given powers to do a work. Strange situation.
Our problems are there since almost all the Govt Depts lack autonomy and lack appropriate financial powers. These departments depend on others to do procurement, carry out works, provide automation, provide staff to manage offices, etc., etc. Delegation of power even to the Heads of Dept is so poor that all the works go to Ministries for approval – even there it is not all a happy situation. Give them autonomy and powers instead of creating new Authorities as such creations further weaken them.
The UFESM is pushing for inclusion of 5 member committee of which they are saying 3 should be from defence. We all know their obvious choice will be the officer lords to represent us again. Why don’t we seek that if anyone is taken from defence into such a committee it should be fair representation – which means 97% of the 3 members should be PBOR only. We have so many learned advocates.

As I have filed a grievence about A.T.M.A Reg-PMOPG/I/2015/0039796. After tht at our Malda District not paying our full salary.In whole India all ATMA staff getting BTM-25000/- ATM -15000/- even in all W.B ATMA employees are getting same except MALDA.Here BTM-Rs 20000 & ATM-Rs 8500 even 10% increament doesnt paying.
yet Govt.Guidelines 2014-15 of ATMA it has mentioned clearly the new salary structure but at malda theres nobody with us.As we have informed all our officials but it vain.

I appreciate the progress of Govt. under the Prime Ministership of Sh. Narindra Modi on every stage. However, the issue of unemployment is still at far. In my view only one Govt. Jobs in a couple to double utilization of govt. Jobs. If both husband and wife are govt. employee one has to resign. Such conditions should be made compulsory for the candidates to undertake at the time of applying for the Govt. Jobs. So many issues are related with this opinion to protect the dignity of womenfolk.
PMs appeal for Swacch Bharat was so well accepted by the public but the cities still remain dirty as ever because of defunct Municipalities and corrupt employees. We need to change city admin. by having elected Mayor in charge of city admin for 5 yrs, with veto powers, no need for corporators in a city as MLAs are there for dialogue. Only a mayor and his team, with most services like cleaning, road repairs, elect distn privatised, as privatisation only way to improve planning and implementation.
Farmers problems cannot be solved with small landholdings. One solution is to have every panchayat make a mandatory co-operative farming in the common panchayat land, and use unemployed village youth to work on it. If a landholder in the village wants to be part of the co-op., then he can join by combining his land to the common land and gets a land share certificate proportionately, which will entitle him for dividend in profit. Each villager can be employed and paid a salary based on his work
Sir now a day highly qualified candidate join on lower post in government sector. This candidate having lot of innovative ideas for improving work/output efficiency in lowest cost but due to no one can hear those people’s ideas regarding improvement. Sir, most of private sector permitted to sharing ideas of lower cadre sector employee. If government of India adopts such scheme in different way. I think it really help us make in shining India. In govt schools teachers are highly paid by govt , but education is poor and pvt schools ,teachers are paid loe salary and quality education. Govt should initiate social sectors in education and hospitals in govt sectors. very severe action over defaulters and send on CRM and give chance to sincere

In Andhra pradesh, Health and education sectors are very poor. Recently in Guntur dsitrict, one baby child in govt. hospital after operation in ICU, severely attacked by RATS and child has died. And yesterday another govt. hospital in A.P, one mother has severely sufferred with blade inside the stomach after operation.
It is complete negligence of Health minister,cm and medical incharge of govt hospital and sanitation incharge of hospital.
In the same way education in govt schools are poor.
Make in village, we better work, make a. Man to nation. Problem are me get solutions are we. But so so I talk but… My nation, my govt. I did mistake of marrying as per Hindu marriage act 5 years before with my parents approval to Hindu girl. And my marriage lasted for 1month and now after 5 years still girl is not divorcing me even tough our marriage lasted for 1month. I got married at age of 33 after finishing MBA and after make enough to bank balance. Immature teenagers spend their parent’s hard earned money to spoil their own lives.They are supposed to be the future of India.But unfortunately, most of our Indian Youth is getting addicted to use of tobacco,drugs etc and is getting misguided.You should take steps to ban these hookah bars. It should not be acceptable legally as well as morally.

And the judicial officers who are in service they are not having any kind of protection at their residence and court room.We can usually hear gun shots fire in court premises and court room. Even permanent address of judicial officers are shown in public in general.Which causes danger to family members of judicial officers,kindly do something sir.

Whwnever there is any construction activity, a lot of labour and there families live at construction site and they mostly defecate in the open at nearby fields or nearby open areas. It should be made mandatory by law for the contractor or construction company or builder to install bio-toilets in adequate numbers at construction site lest the construction activity should not happen. This will help boost the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and improve the livelihood of construction labour.
A new scheme should be launched….. Work in india and drive our country to the top….Just like apj Abdul kalam did for our country…….. Many students of my school say that nothing is in india , we will find jobs in abroad. Also youths should be promoted to go in indian armed forces, aerospace engineering and researcher.
Modi sir, as we all know that indian armed forces are very important for our country. I got 96% marks in class 10th, and i want to be a fighter pilot. I will drive up my country to a great height by being the part of indian forces. But the worst thing is that nobody wants to be the part of forces. They think that serving our country is not good. So, i request you that please promote the youth going to forces.
To control accident on road, it is suggested the left side of roads should have specific space for two wheeler as the maximum accidents are occur due to fast speed of bikers and mis management of driving by them. It is further suggested that the traffic police should control the traffic instead of hiding somewhere and doing challans for collecting money. Indian should realise that the horn should be blown only when it is very much required just keeping it blowing create noise pollution.

I am writing this to raised one IDEA which will help us to save Water and Environment.
Actually water which already has been used by Industrial plants/Factory/Mills water flowing in drainage are getting waste.
We can use that water after purifying for Gardening, Farming, and artificial lakes etc.
By this we can save drinkable water and utilize lot of water after purification. It will save our Environment too.

our education system is only read theory and put your knowledge in written exam . basically we are ‘rttu tota’. i know written exam is vary important .But many student are poor in written and they are expert in practically so if they can achieve any degree in only based on practical exam then they can grow . in our education system 20 marks of practical and 80 marks of theory . Sir until a student do not have knowledge of practically . he is foolish device .
