मेरी सरकार जैसे प्लेटफार्म के माध्यम से बेरोज़गारी के मुद्दे के निवारण हेतु भारत सरकार से जुड़ें।
मंदी की मार सह रहा भारत के रोज़गार बाज़ार को प्रोत्साहन की ज़रूरत है। नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार नए रोज़गार के अवसर पैदा करने के लिए और रोज़गार निर्माण समूह के माध्यम से नीतिगत सुधार और परिवर्तन लाने के लिए लोगों के सुझाव चाहती है।
इस समूह की शुरुआत के बाद से, लगभग 42,000 से अधिक सदस्यों ने देश में रोज़गार निर्माण सम्बन्धी अपने विचार और सुझाव साझा किये।
3000 से अधिक सदस्यों ने प्रतिभा पलायन के मुद्दे पर अपनी चिंता व्यक्त की जो आज देश की बड़ी समस्यों में से एक बन गयी है। जहाँ रोज़गार के अवसरों की कमी के कारण बहुत से प्रतिभाशाली लोग दूसरे देशों में पलायन कर रहे हैं इसके साथ ही भारतीय नागरिकों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए सदस्यों ने कई महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोज़गार के अवसर के निर्माण करने सम्बन्धी चर्चा पर विभिन्न सुझाव साझा किये गए। उद्यमशीलता को प्रोत्साहित करने से लेकर उद्योगों और बुनियादी सुविधाओं के विकास हेतु चर्चा के माध्यम से कई मत्वपूर्ण सुझाव मिले।
उनके कुछ विचार निम्नलिखित हैं:
- उद्योगों का विकेंद्रीकरण न केवल पलायन को रोकेगा अपितु छोटे शहरों के विकास में भी सहायक सिद्ध होगा। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के प्रतिभाशाली लोग बड़े शहरों में पलायन करने की बजाय निकटतम औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में कार्य कर सकेंगे।
- बुनियादी / स्थानीय स्तर पर ‘पलायन’ के मुद्दे के निवारण हेतु कार्य कर और लोगों / उद्यमियों को ऊष्मायन के लिए मंच प्रदान कर जिससे वे अपने विचारों के साथ अपना जीवन जी सकें। अपने क्षेत्रों में अच्छे विचार रखने वाले लोगों को महत्व दिया जाना आवश्यक है। क्योंकि देश के एक सामान विकास को जिले/ राज्य स्तर पर होने वाला पलायन भी प्रभावित करता है। कॉलेज से उत्तीर्ण होकर निकले युवकों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करें।
- प्रतिभा पलायन केवल बेहतर अवसर और संतोषजनक वेतन प्रदान कर के ही रोका जा सकता है।
- दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास शहरों की ओर पलायन को रोकने में मददगार होगा।

Namaskar sir there is huge deemand for tenical people in industry like eletrician ,carrepairwala,welder,civilconstructionlabour,compounder in docter clinic,allthese people are hardely 5,6,7,9,10 pass so all tenical job should have minimum degree of ITI in relative field ultil unless they are not having degree they should not be alloued to work because it will create lots of job relating to their field like eletrician should have iti certificate all these field will form a network .

We have not taken salary from past 3months. How can we work without salary for a month?

Weather really this id works or not but still people are hoping for positive result.
Kindly raise up the contract based tender and continue the order and do the needful action. Don’t neglect any one.
What plan you have indicated in Sarva Shikshana Abhiyan project. Do you know the problem of contract based employees or at least have you overcome though that? Do you people know what the entire problem we are facing? We think that we have wrongly elected you as PM of India, because you are not taking good decision for contract based employees.

Presently one safety/fire officer compulsory on 500 manpower in factory of india as per factories act. Our india need lot of safety trained person so requested to you please apply one safety officer on 150 manpower in factory so that job as well as safety trained people increase in india.

we can ask our MP to do a meeting with all small scale industries or large scale and ask them to create some jobs after that organised a job fair in rural area according to dere skills. So our youth those are jobless get a chance to get an job.
