Announcement of result of SMS competition under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme

A competition was held through the MyGov Platform for suggesting content for a SMS Campaign for the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme. Around 2000 entries were received. 13 entries have been selected and the winners of the competition are as follows:

Since the winning entries are more than 6, it was decided to split the money equally in all the 13 winners.

Govt should promote schools to open GCSA(Girl Child savings Account) with 15% interest,so that when she leaves school for higher education she will have sufficient money.
More import that it should be compulsory for schools to pay 1% of school fees by schools only for girl child.

Govt has all the data of its citizens through Voter ID . Try to identify people living in the ares where these practices are prevalent and ask all the couples in that areas to get all their pregnancies registered . Make a law to register all pregnancies and … that will ensure good ante-natal care ,post-natal care and if a female child is born ensure free education till graduation and a dowry free marriage at govt camps for the people who wish for it .Attack the SOCIO-CULTURAL AXIS .
