Sir I want to suggest that can’t we bring the technology of converting garbage into electricity(it is there in Venice) to India.
In this way electricity can also be produced and garbage can also be cleaned.

The idea of swatch Bharat seems to be an idea only, because ever since this campaign has started the regular sweeper of locality has stopped coming for work. For last eight months there has been on sweeper in the area. The Road is littered. The park is maintained on monthly basis by making a heap of garbage in one corner which is lifted on quarterly basis. The water supply points near community center are filled with garbage, just waiting to enter in water supply and spread cholera.
SWATCH BHARAT MISSION WILL ONLY BE A SUCCESS IF PEOPLE LIKE US PARTICIPATE IN IT RATHER TELLING OTHER TO DO PLEASE DO IT AND SHOW THE WORLD
Respected Sir, I want to suggest that in cities people don’t get dustbins near to them and for this they have to walk far and because of that people throw their waste on roads or nearby ,so if you will make sure that people will get dustbins near around them,and regular pick up, result of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan will soon give good result.
Modiji with lot of pain I say nothing has happened on Swatchha Bharat than awareness and some stories.But the fact every city is filled with Garbage. There is constructive action from Government other than blaming the public

I want to suggest all we need for success of swach bharat abhiyan is dustbins every 500m. I personally found many people aware abt program but didn’t find dustbins nearby thus they throw garbage on roads if there are dustbins available every 500metre we will find immediate results in swatch bharat mission and it will also reduce the work cleaners and sweepers.
Just wanted to make a suggestion of Plastic Buyback
If govt. can designate offices where people can submit plastic trash littered all around the places and get paid for it. It will encourage people to collect all the plastic bags, empties chips packets, bottles etc and submit to the designated place and get paid as per the weight. Eventually, it will also make people not throw these items in open but carry the same back home. These can also be then recycled and made into dustbins.
It is just the beginning. We have a long way to go to make Swacch India.These inspiring stories should not be limited to be posted on MyGov. These must be published on banners and posters across India. Situation in urban India is different where insufficient numbers of toilets have to deal with large numbers of persons creating unhygienic conditions. Maintaining the toilets is bigger task than actually making toilets.More corporate houses should come forward and adopt toilets and maintain
Totally Agree with you. These should be published as hoarding and should be showcased as video clips at city centers. Let the public view that, lets advertise India on our hoardings, let people have the feeling within them by repeatedly seeing the good.

2. This book does not cover the motivation and PM’s call for action. It just narrowly covers some examples, which does not give justice to the mammoth work that has happened across the country.
e.g. swacch vidyalaya, varanasi etc. This also does not cover the work done by corporates like Airtel as a response to PM’s call for action
3. Layout of the book is good with lots of pics unlike that of the adarsh gram yojaya booklet.
