Nirmay Bansal: Khajuraho Dance Festival, Lokrang Festival, Lohri celebration etc are not the only known festival which attracts tourism, but small festival, local cultural event and annual celebration in Rural places is a Big opportunity to attracts tourism. For this the State wise tourist booklet should be available for free to Tourist online and in Tourist information centers. Sriram Warrier: It was in 2013 in middle of the scorching summer heat (in the month of May),I got a news from my school that some students were going to Himachal Pradesh for trekking. The trekking was having aduration of 10 days and was conducted by ATAL BIHARI INSTITUTE OF MOUNTAINEERING, DHARAMSALA. I gave my name to participate in this program. Its because it will be a change to stay away from the hot season as I live in Kerala. And also a great chance to explore the north.

Cost of Tourism within the country has climbed very high somewhere around Rs. 25,000/- (2 or 3 times for a family). I wish similar to low cost social security schemes, if Hon. PM can take initiative to provide low cost Tourism plans (middle class families). These trips can be coordinated with cooperation of respective State Tourism Development Corporations or IRCTC or Incredible India (is expensive). Let’s say, make North East Darshan Program at discounted price.

    VALLEY OF FLOWERS, UTTARAKHAND
I and my wife have recently visited this place. In my opinion this place is much beautiful than Switzerland. As its accesebility is quite difficult there are only few crazy people to visit it. And even many of these people are not satisfied by visiting it. The basic problem I found is that people do not have knowledge of variety of flowers available here. Thus to solve this problem a guide should accompany them compulsorily which will also give jobs to locals.

    Suggestions (traffic rules)-

    1. Anyone breaking any traffic rule – First time fine should be Rs 5000/- + suspension of Driving License for 6 months.
    2. Same person caught breaking any traffic rule again after 6 months – Second time fine should be Rs 10,000/- + permanent cancellation of Driving License for all types of vehicles.
    3. Same person caught driving or breaking any traffic rule again – 3 yrs Imprisonment for "Attempt to Murder" as he/she is not authorized to drive/ride any vehicles

Sir/Madam, In our country we don’t bother about our old structures which was build some thousand years back. In TN there are 100s of old temples which are more than 1000yrs old with out maintenance. These temples carrying our values and arts. Request you to evaluate these and take under government control to revamp these and convert them as tourist places this will improve the life of the people who lives near to these temples. Hope you consider this.

The tourism can be boosted by having easy money exchange counters on the road side for easy and best conversion by the foreigners and this would bring a spending power in their hand, by which they can easily approach the counters and change money and spend it at any point of time, this would also help our country to gain foreign reserves and would help to gain a global power.

Hi! I do not know who reads and who acts. But believe me one thing. Our prime minister tries to set up digital India, tries to break barrier in overseas countries. When we request for fund for digital marketing ministry of tourism does not have fund for indian companies. we are working in china, arab world, germany and spanish market we just do not have access to any fund from gov for digital marketing. They only print. we are t2india and http://www.indiatour.cn in china may be time to rethink.

As we all know that article 370 is a major hurdle in Developement of j&k. Is it not possible for the gov to divide the state into two seperate states of jammu and kashmir. Now that majority of kashmiri does not want article 370 to go whereas majority in jammu want it to be revoked. PDP has mandate in kashmir valley whereas BJP has mandate in jammu. Let people of kashmir enjoy life with 370 and revoke it in jammu. Atleast half the population will have better life and it will boost tourism also.
