Also, members have suggested ideas on creating more opportunities to encourage citizens of India. Discussion on creating better employment opportunities in rural areas also exhibited valuable suggestions from people. From encouraging entrepreneurship to developing industries and infrastructure, many useful suggestions have been shared through discussions.

Some of the suggestions are:

  1. Decentralization of industry can helpful to outcome from brain drain and more spiritual to small town development. Talent from rural India can work from nearest industrial area instead of travel to metro cities.
  2. Addressing the ‘brain-drain’ issue at root/local level and providing people/entrepreneur the platform and incubation; where they can do a LIVING with their IDEAS. Importance should be given to retaining BRAINS in their area, since ‘brain-drain at district/state level also brings imbalance to the uniform development within country. Provide financial support to college pass-out.
  3. Brain Drain can only be stopped by providing better work culture and satisfying salary.
  4. Developing infrastructure in remote areas will discourage migration to the cities.

Decentraliastion of Industries is of major concern for creating job opportunities:For Digital India, Govt can make joint venture with IT firms like TCS,Infosys,Wipro etc to provide e-services and ask them to set up project head quarters, data centres and IT maintaince and operation offices in Tier-2/Tier-3 cities only instead of Delhi/mumbai/bangalore.Such way competent peoples may get job in their hometown and cities only.Running cost for Industries/IT companies will also be lower there.

Develop tourism in small cities which are having enormous potentials to become international tourism sites, for example: Chambal area, chambal river and beehad areas can be developed for International level camping sites and safari by developing camp resort with maintaing originality of "Chambal beehad" and river area, chambal area connects MP,UP and rajasthan,so this can be combined state programme to provide safety for tourist in this area and develop it for camping and resorts on PPP model.

Decentraliastion of Industries is of major concern for creating job opportunities:
Setting up STPs and SEZ in small cities(Tier-2/3 cities), and subsidized lands for lease to setup Industries IT/ITES/BPO, such land should be developed and maintained by govt itself
and give lease to industries directly not by private builders otherwise private players will turn industrial area for upliftment of peoples to luxury residential apartments, and problem will remain same.

A task force can be trained in multiple skills; these people can be shifted from one area to another and can also be encouraged to become entrepreneurs after some training. The creation of such a multi-dimensional, multi-skilled workforce will give the government an immense pool of resource persons to utilize, thus providing a partial social security for youth unable to find jobs. Such a plan could be called Flexible Multidimensional, Multipurpose Programme (FMMP) and is economically viable.

Persons should know their individual competency level and then choose their field. At present, what is the max earning is the criteria for selecting the career..and not competency.. Rich person can get thr and sustain.. Talents gets 2nd preference.. Person can perform if he gets a chance..

    Dear Friends ,
Among many things to be done , one of the first task is to create a SINGLE / COMMON / FREELY ACCESSIBLE , database of ALL the JOBS and ALL the JOBSEEKERS , of India

How this can be done is conceptualized in the form of my document : W3F ( World Wide Work Federation )

You can read this document on hemenparekh web site
