Some of the suggestions are:
- Corporate social responsibility scheme if performed more effectively by organizing skill development centres in nearby colleges relating to the company’s stream.
- While access to education has comparatively improved in Urban India, skill development and refinement is an area that needs immediate attention. With skill development and refinement people become employable. We can start skill development initiatives in small groups in our locality. Conduct English Coaching, Refresher courses for Engineers or other Graduates who have been unemployed for more than 1yr. Interested individual can get together and start locally.
- Provide more practical education from the root level and encouraging the youth to do new researches.

Uniform is good but in case of company security otherwise it is just a way of corruption and limitation.People are not getting good material of uniform. Each one has different choice of material one feel cold other do not. To save time people can select two cloths every year and keep wearing it by considering it uniform. Agree it feels good but some watch over it should be there. Material costed properly or not 80% employees satisfied with it or not like wise.
1) Free Education scheme – To map each student with one Industry while higher education.
Company Bare education expense , student revert that expense serving while study to that company and get training to develop his skill.
This will serve three purpose free education, Skill Development, CSR activity of company.
2) Population Control – To grow educated population in India, Need to develop strict rules. People can afford good development of child can born a child upto 2 only.
Try to make uniform compulsory for every government department
Some benefits of uniform –
1)An employee will get feeling of belonging.
2)An employee will feel more devoted.
3)Uniform makes an employee to stand out and easily identifiable.
4) civilians pay more respect to employees within the uniform.
5) It shows sense of professionalism.
6) Will save lot of time of an employee to think every morning what to wear.
#1 Need Proper Monitoring
we have sufficient schemes for the skill development , but Monitoring of the Project implementation and its effect are the failure in succes, for example ( the scheme ISDS, is been operating from years, but the major player gives the faulty records for the enrolment, but due the lack of monitoring, the real and needy one never gets the skill training,
I wish to suggest few changes in migrating from school education to higher education through my blog https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/story-indian-engineer-deepak-agrawal.
Skill development is just not for tech skills. We have Industrial Trg Institutes, polytechniks for ind skills but nothing for agricultural skills though we have 80% agriculturists. Like ITIs we should have Agricultural trg institutes(ATI).Lands under Agriculture ministry must be utilised for practicals or can give trg in govt farms& nursaries.Govt uses private lands for seed generation & can be used for training. After trg, students can be employed in govt lands on tennure basis as tenants.
Currently most of the engineering colleges are having a curriculum which is with small small training of 45 days or 75 days after 2nd year and 3rd year, project, seminar and an educational tour after 4th year of 15 days, this model was well suited for earlier engineering branches, now the industry requirements have changed. accordingly if AICTE merge all these training, tour and project into a comprehensive 6 month (1 semester) Industrial training, it would be more industry centric.
The syllabus of graduate and post graduate courses should be designed in such a way that they contain the technique oriented content and industry oriented technologies so one can learn that technique and easily get into the job after completion of his or her degree. With this change the youth will not be the fresher for any job they are experienced with the skill along with their academic qualification.
