Vivek Tulsidas Bhat: 1) Promote Indian festivals by celebrating with locals. 2) Organizing cultural programs by inviting artists from India and promoting this among the local crowd. 3) Promoting Indian food. Sharing this diversity in Indian cooking and food items. 4) Promoting traditional Indian clothing. 5) Organizing information sessions in public libraries and other public platforms on India’s rich history and clearing misconceptions regarding India’s past. 6) Promoting Indian languages such as Sanksrit.

Karthik Gopal: 1. Indian embassy is main responsible and they should have basic contact info all NRE/NRI residing in each country. 2. All Indian events/festivals and procedure to celebrate them can be notified to NRes by sending email/sms. 3. Private functions/parties can follow the rules of wearing traditional dress. 4.Stalls with Indian food, clothes, arts on every Indian events/gatherings/marriages will make our future generation to understand our culture as well as others.

S S: Namaskaar Modiji, Jai Bharat Mata Ki!!! I would appreciate if there can be any provision for NRIs to contribute something over the weekends in the sense an IT professional can help with IT stuff or teaching rural children online or an engineer can work on designing something which can be helpful. If not whole weekend, probably 2-4hours.

Binu C J Nair: NRI Alumni associations of educational institutions like medical colleges/Eng colleges/IIMs/IITs etc can form groups who can do planning and funding for integrated development of a small village. Using their skills in planning, medical knowledge, engineering skills, management capabilities, additional knowledge acquired abroad and financial wellness, they can contribute to the home land rural development.( For example, to improve the primary school, Primary health center, computer education etc)

Komala Pukale: Dear PM Modi ji I appreciate your effort in getting Yoga International Day recognition and also yourself being a Yoga practitioner. Please consider few suggestions to spread Yoga Globally 1. Establishing a Global Yoga University with online system research centre and Yoga TV 2. Introducing Yoga Education into curriculum at all levels 3. Introducing Yoga in healthcare centers and jails 4. Organizing International Yoga Festivals and Seminars

Parth Sarthi: Many NRI professors/Scientists are ready to work for Universities in India(as consultant) free of cost, when they visit India, during holidays. e.g. MIT professors of Kanpur were eager to sit with IIT/colleges/hospitals of Kanpur . Only thing they want is respect and recognition. e.g. They can be designated as Friends/advisors to these colleges/Institutes. So Please start a scheme for NRIs to adopt institutes in their home towns(not for funding but for advice/consulting/intellectual ability

Abhishek Pandey: Dear Mr. PM : With reference to your speech in Japan for Indian Nationals on Request for sending 10 tourists to India, NRIS s should get some motivation in terms of recognition and other benefits and efforts of NRIs for promoting tourism should be channelized and recorded. Various Embassy should provide CDs in local language to show locals to motivate to visit India. Hope you will intervene and equip us to promote Icredible India across the globe. Regards Abhishek

Harikrishnan Natarajan: CROWD Funding: In Western Countries, Young Entrepreneurs are able to get financial help from CROWD funding. Lets setup a site like KICKSTARTER.COM specifically for INDIANS. Young Minds can post their Project in the site(with Incentives for Investors) And all the NRIs can fund the Project(ofcourse u can get a product for that). Its a WIN-WIN situation for everyone

Ajit Mohril: Most important is allowing NRIs to invest fully in a start-up as there are few rules and regulations regarding investment which discourage NRIs to invest in India. If a start-up makes an impact and grows well, it should be given more facilities and relaxation by Government and should allow NRI to invest more in it.

Rajkaran Singh Bhatti: NRIs have deep attachment with their roots. They can certainly sponsor specialised, training courses in the respective countries where they are settled right now. They can adopt their native villages, to develop young talent. NRIs can also contribute towards common pool / fund for Indian sportspersons. They can also come forward to adopt, young, individual, talented stars or group teams. They only want transparent, efficient system and due recognition from the Government/ Indian Embassies.

Suresh Jeswani: NRI’s have usually large resources in their command. They can form Indian Sports Support Committees in their respective countries with the help of fellow NRI’s and invite and sponser teams and players for advance training, cross-country tournaments. This way they can reduce dependence on Government and also provide required resources, experts to the much needed Indian Sports persons for their development.

Jay Shah: 1. Change the perception about sports by talking to their relatives in India that sports is a good career option and how it can help in other areas of life too. 2. NRIs as a group(10-15 people) can invite and bear expenses of atleast 1 sportsperson for their training in their respective resident country ,so they can know the level of competition,.
