डीईआईटीवाई द्वारा एमएसएमई और प्रौद्योगिकी स्टार्टअप का समर्थन करने के लिए एसआईपी-ईआईटी योजना की शुरूआत
आईसीटीई डोमेन में उद्यमियों द्वारा नवाचारों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (डीईआईटीवाई) ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और आईटी में सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम (एमएसएमई) एंव प्रौद्योगिकी स्टार्ट-अप इकाइयों का अंतरराष्ट्रीय पेटेंट संरक्षण में समर्थन करने के लिए एसआईपी-ईआईटी योजना शुरू की है। एसआईपी-ईआईटी नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित करके, मूल्य की जाँच, वैश्विक आईपी की क्षमताओं और आईसीटीई क्षेत्र में विकास के अवसरों का लाभ उठाने के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय पेटेंट को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करता है। एसआईपी-ईआईटी योजना 2019/11/30 तक 5 साल की अवधि के लिए है और इसके लिए एप्लिकेशन फार्म ऑनलाइन भरे जा रहे हैं (http://www.ict-ipr.in/sipeit/)। योजना का विवरण http://deity.gov.in/ पर ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध हैं।

where as in MSME such fast developments of creation not possible, lack of awareness kept behind.This includes patents,copy right and trade mark. Patent is very expensive.Corporate sector can effort where as MSME could not effort in their business.Software copy right can prevent copying of code having a set of instruction and registration of copy right.IP protection is crucial initial step, but effective IP management means more than just protecting.
