मेरी सरकार द्वारा सीईआरटी-इन और गूगल के सहयोग से इंटरनेट सुरक्षा अभियान की शुरुआत-प्रेस विज्ञप्ति

इंटरनेट सुरक्षा पर पहले राउंड टेबल सम्मेलन का आयोजन इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में किया गया। इसका आयोजन गूगल और सीईआरटी-इन के सहयोग से मेरी सरकार द्वारा किया गया। डीईआईटीवाई के अपर सचिव, श्री तपन रे की अध्यक्षता में, डीईआईटीवाई के संयुक्त सचिव, डॉ राजेंद्र कुमार, मेरी सरकार के सीईओ, श्री गौरव द्विवेदी, गूगल इंडिया, एनसीईआरटी, सीबीएसई, सीईआरटी-इन के प्रतिनिधियों और सूचना एंव प्रसारण तथा कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (डीओपीटी) मंत्रालय की नई मीडिया विंग ने इस सम्मेलन में भाग लिया।
इस बैठक में दो लक्ष्य समूहों, सरकारी अधिकारियों, बच्चों और युवा वयस्कों के लिए इंटरनेट सुरक्षा के संबंध में उपायों पर चर्चा हुई। इस चर्चा के दौरान मेरी सरकार के उपयोगकर्ताओं ने 650 से अधिक विचारों को मेरी सरकार के माध्यम से साझा किया।
बैठक के प्रणेता के रूप में, मेरी सरकार ने 10 फ़रवरी 2015 से 17 फ़रवरी 2015 के बीच इंटरनेट सुरक्षा सप्ताह के संबंध में भारत में किशोर और युवाओं के बीच ऑनलाइन चर्चा और पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता की घोषणा की थी। प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं की घोषणा बैठक के दौरान की गई थीः

डीईआईटीवाई के अपर सचिव श्री तपन रे, ने सुरक्षित डिजिटल भारत और डिजिटल भारत को बढ़ावा देने और डिजिटल सुरक्षा के लिए युवाओं को शिक्षित करने में नागरिकों के सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के संबंध में मेरी सरकार के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
मेरी सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई डिजिटल साक्षरता और इंटरनेट सुरक्षा अभियान के रूप में, श्री रे ने इंटरनेट सुरक्षा के मुद्दों पर प्रमुख नीति निर्माताओं को जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए एक साल के कार्यक्रम का सुझाव दिया। कार्यक्रम में बैठकों, कार्यशालाओं और सुरक्षा कैफे औऱ युवा वयस्कों, नीति निर्माताओं और गैर सरकारी संगठनों के लिए प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
इस पहल के बारे में मेरी सरकार के सीईओ, श्री गौरव द्विवेदी ने कहा की “हम साइबर सुरक्षा, शिक्षा और जागरूकता अभियान में गूगल और सीईआरटी-इन की भागीदारी से खुश हैं। इंटरनेट जानकारी,निर्माण और सहयोग के लिए कई अवसर प्रदान करता है। हम सुरक्षित इंटरनेट के लिए युवाओं और नीति निर्माताओं के लिए एक राष्ट्रव्यापी अभियान की शुरूआत कर रहे हैं। गूगल और सीईआरटी-इन इस प्रयास में हमारे भागीदार हैं और हमारे उपयोगकर्ताओं को सुरक्षित और सकुशल रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं।“
भारतीय सार्वजनिक नीति के प्रमुख, गूगल, चेतन कृष्णास्वामी ने कहाँ की, “इंटरनेट दुनिया के लिए अविश्वसनीय खोज का स्रोत बन गया है। लेकिन जानकारी,ज्ञान और आनंद के लिए इसकी सुरक्षा भी महत्वपूर्ण है। इसे सक्षम और भारत में परिवारों और युवा इंटरनेट उपयोगकर्ताओं को ऑनलाइन सुरक्षित रखने के लिए हम सीईआरटी और मेरी सरकार के साथ काम कर रहे हैं”।
मेरी सरकार, सभी हितधारकों के सहयोग से, सरकार के अधिकारियों, स्कूलों, अभिभावकों और अन्य कमजोर वर्गों के लिए विभिन्न सुरक्षा उपायों पर जागरूकता दिशा-निर्देश जारी करेगा।

I want to tell that the youth and the children using the net . No doubt we download music and at the sites there are usually porn photos and links to such site and similarly many other site moreover in social media one can very easily upload an objectionable pic ..is it not an easy way for our future to have an encouraging way of loosing character

But am so sorry to say that indian government is not taking any decisions to improve cyber security in our country.As intranet world cyber crime is growing up day by day at very high rate. While Modi Ji is busy strenthening India with Digital India and Internet Safety like Campaigns there are companies like Planet M alias Next.co.in Alias Technokart who through their online shopping portal looting people everyday. Search Google "Planet M Complaints" and you will find thousands of complaints against this company. Their modus operandi is very simple. They purchase junk / defective / broken piece from market and sell it online through TV/Online marketing, thereafter they don’t care
Eastern zone is suffering for high speed internet since a long time maximum time no internet access problem we are facing. But nobody is looking and trying to solve this problem. Except south circle internet speed is too much slow and paying the same amount we are getting very slow speed.This way Digital India dream will become dream only. Here Bsnl is providing the poorest service in west bengal again and again i am giving complain but no action is taken.why difference between saying and doing?
Very basic but useful & essential step which must be taken by our Govt,initially Central Govt may start for its all class 1,2 and 3 employees of all departments – every employee must have his/her official mail id and communication could be made digital which is currently happening on hard copies.
Above has n number of benefits majorly corruption control,manual intervention free processes can be developed & all mail communications would be considered full & final like in MNCs.

Andhra Pradesh Director Genral Of Police is in deep slumber as regards information technology and internet use. Specific information of errant officer was given through email and subsequently through fax but no action was taken against officer. Sir if department and its official do not know to utilize internet services and information technology then should the public money be wasted in mere ornamentation of the depratment with such fast information methods. kindly respond.
Sir Internet security is the cause of concern there must be digital medium to curb creation of fake and annoynamous ids. In one such id a police officer(IPS) misused his position to harrass and bully me however information through email to the superior officer was given but no action has been taken. Sir, what is a purpose of digitization of Police departments when no action is taken on information given through email. Woman and children are soft targets. Kindly respond. Meetu Jain
