Winner Announcement for National Level Patriotic Poem Competition
Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) in collaboration with MyGov is glad to announce the result of the National Level Patriotic Poem Competition during Independence Day, 2020 in the age group of 10 to 14 years through the MyGov platform as per the directives of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India on the eve of Independence Day.
CCRT had received a total of 5686 entries in 17 different languages i.e. Hindi, English, Telugu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Tamil, Urdu & Dogri respectively through from MyGov portal. All the entries were segregated and the language-wise list of poems along with respective assessment sheets were prepared and were sent for evaluation to the Experts.
There were two levels of Selection Committee i.e. State Level & National Level. After the short listing of poems by State Level Committee, the selected poems for the award of cash prizes were recommended finally by National Level Committee. The list of recommended candidates for 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes along with consolation prize were sent to Ministry of Culture for their approval. After obtaining the approval and approved copy of creative’s, the same list was uploaded on CCRT’s website as well as on social media platforms. Based on the evaluation, the result was declared on 14th August, 2020 by secretary Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.
