The IndrajitNamchoom Arunachal League (INAL)also known as the Arunachal Super Leaguestands as the premier state football championship, showcasing Arunachal Pradesh’s growing sporting potential. Organised by the Arunachal Pradesh Football Association (APFA) under the affiliation of the All India Football Federation (AIFF), the league has evolved into a powerful platform for nurturing young talent and strengthening the football ecosystem in the State.

Named in honour of Late IndrajitNamchoom, the first footballer from Arunachal Pradesh to represent India internationally, INAL has grown significantly since its inaugural edition in 2017, which featured seven teams and debuted at the Golden Jubilee Stadium, Yupia. Today, it is recognised as Arunachal’s first-ever franchise-based football league, symbolising professionalism, passion, and community participation.

INAL 2025 carried this legacy forward with renewed energy, reflecting the State’s commitment to building a vibrant football culture.

A Powerful Start to a Memorable Season

INAL 2025 commenced on 4 October 2025 with a grand opening ceremony featuring performances by Ngurang Julie, the Tani Daughter Crew, and K4Kekho. A soulful rendition of Late Zubeen Garg’s “Maya Bini” by Ngurang Julie added emotional depth to the event, while fireworks set the stage for an exciting season ahead.

In the inaugural ceremony, Chief Minister Pema Khandu emphasized the importance of developing sports infrastructure and noted how INAL continues to create meaningful opportunities for youth. Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein highlighted the need for early coaching and consistent support for emerging players, underscoring the Government’s long-term vision for sports development in the State.

Ten formidable teams competed for the coveted title, each demonstrating grit, skill, and determination:

Across a month of high-intensity matches, INAL 2025 showcased promising talents and memorable performances, captivating fans across the State.

Capital Complex FC Clinch the INAL 2025 Title

The grand finale saw Capital Complex FC (CCFC) secure a commanding 3–0 victory over Subansiri United FC, displaying strategic discipline and exceptional teamwork. Their championship run stands as a testament to commitment and perseverance, inspiring young footballers while adding a proud chapter to Arunachal’s sporting journey.

Celebrating the Standout Performers

INAL 2025 honoured iCdividual excellence through the following awards:
