Closure Announcement for Lights, Camera, Financial Action – Reel Contest
The Financial and Tax Literacy Directorate of ICAI organised the “Lights, Camera, Financial Action – Reel Contest” on MyGov from 08th September to 08th November 2025 to promote financial literacy among the general public through creative digital content.
The initiative aimed to spread awareness on key financial concepts—such as saving, budgeting, investments, retirement planning, and insurance—using the engaging format of short videos and reels.
We are pleased to share that the contest received an enthusiastic response with 516 entries from citizens across the country. However, upon detailed evaluation, it was observed that only a small number of submissions met the criteria of being actual video reels. After a thorough review by the evaluation committee, we wish to inform all participants that no reel has been selected for awards at this stage.
We sincerely appreciate the effort, creativity, and interest shown by every participant. Your contribution is truly valued, and we look forward to your active participation in our future initiatives.
