Winner Announcement for Poster Making Competition for Adoption Awareness Month 2025
Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), Ministry of Women and Child Development celebrates Adoption Awareness Month every year in November to sensitize people about legal adoption which emphasizes on the need of child to feel loved & belonged. CARA in collaboration with MyGov India hosted the Poster Making Competition for Adoption Awareness Month 2025 to reach out to the masses through creative means and involvement of public at large and creating an awareness to raise awareness about adoption of children with special needs (Divyaang children).
The Poster Making Competition was based on the following theme:
- Non-institutionalised Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs (Divyaang Children)
- Every Child Deserves a Loving Family
- Special Parenting for Children with Special Needs
- #EveryChildMatters
The competition was open to all the citizens of India during the celebration from 1st October 2025 to 30th November 2025. The contest received the participation of 916 entries from across the country and made it a grand success. The top 15 winners are selected on the basis of relevance to the theme, presentation and creativity. The details of the winners are as follows:
