Winner Announcement for Independence Day Quiz Series 2026
On the occasion of Independence Day Celebrations 2026, Ministry of Defence in collaboration with MyGov conducted a series of online quiz competition on the themes “Quiz on Constitution of India – Fundamental rights, Duties, Key Articles and makers“, “Quiz on Women in India’s Freedom Movement- From Rani Lakshmibai to Sarojini Naidu and Beyond“, “Quiz on Major Milestones of Modern India – Technological Progresses and achievement in Space Technology” & “Quiz on India’s success story in Nuclear Technology” from 1st June to 31st July 2026 to showcase India’s extraordinary journey from Independence in 1947 to the aspirations of 2047.
The four quizzes received an overwhelming response, with a total of 113,578 individuals from across the country participating. The highest participation was recorded among the youth, reflecting their patriotic spirit and commitment to nation-building.

The serial numbers in the list are for reference only and do not indicate the winners’ rank. The competitions were conducted on multiple platforms, and the winners’ list has been prepared after a combined evaluation of entries from all platforms.
All expenses related to travel, boarding, lodging food etc. to attend the ceremony will be borne by the individuals and their companion. However, travel by Delhi Metro will be free of charge with e-invitation to reach the venue (Red Fort). Further, it may be noted that the children below 05 years will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.
