Activity Closure Announcement Blog for Mighty Millets Quiz
The U.N. General Assembly adopted a resolution, sponsored by India and supported by more than 70 countries, declaring 2023 the International Year of Millets. India is at the forefront of celebrating IYM nationally and globally through various initiatives and campaigns.
In order to showcase the importance of millets and create awareness in the masses towards them, MyGov along with the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare organised a Mighty Millets Quiz competition.
The contest was hosted on MyGov Platform from 20 August 2022 to 31 December 2022. After consideration, the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare found 94 entries as winners who got all 10 out of 10 answers correct. They will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
We appreciate the efforts of all the participants and thank them for their overwhelming interest, enthusiasm, and keenness in participating in the above competition.
