Chief Minister’s Health For All was launched on the 14th of October 2021 to bring awareness to the general population of Manipur about the importance of regular health checkups and provide assistance in accomplishing the aforementioned efficiently.

Under the National Health Mission and Directorate of Health Services of Manipur, this scheme will provide door-to-door health screening for primary health care and chronic disease management. The screening will be exercised with a hand-held screening device of a patient connected with doctors at Command Centre by Telemedicine.

The scheme will deploy health experts, doctors, and nurses to every family in all the villages of Manipur. Bringing awareness on the importance of regular health checkups, they will monitor for early identification and diagnosis of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs).

The front-liners will screen for a total of 9 NCDs including hypertension, diabetes, heart diseases, kidney ailments, respiratory diseases, common cancers, mental health problems, and stroke/post-stroke illnesses. It was also announced that medicines will be provided and delivered to patient’s homes free of cost, along with further treatment under CMHT and PMJAY.

In the first phase, 1628 villages will be selected comprising of all 16 districts. These villages are linked to 118 Primary Health sub-centers, 29 Primary Health Centres, and 7 Community Health Centres.
