Closure Announcement Blog for Capture the Beauty of Andaman and Nicobar Islands – Photography Contest
MyGov- Andaman & Nicobar Islands organized a “Capture the Beauty of Andaman and Nicobar Islands – Photography Contest“ to encouraging the citizens to embark on a visual odyssey where every click of their camera shutter will weave a tale of enchantment and awe-inspiring landscapes. The islands are famous for their absolutely stunning beaches, rich biodiversity, beautiful marine ecosystem, and tropical evergreen forests teeming with wildlife; these islands offer a kaleidoscope of photographs.
This contest was hosted on the MyGov platform from 13th September 2023 to 13th October 2023. We appreciate the efforts of all the participants and thank them for their overwhelming interest and keenness in participating in the above contest. A total of 69 entries were received and placed before the Screening Committee, and the Committee could not select a winner or runner-up as none of the photographs qualified the basic criteria laid down for the contest.
After thorough deliberation, it has been decided not to proceed further with the entries received for the said contest through the MyGov platform.
