Closure Announcement Blog for YUVA Pratibha – Culinary Talent Hunt
On May 12, 2023, MyGov, in collaboration with IHM, Pusa hosted ‘YUVA PRATIBHA – Culinary Talent Hunt’ with the aim of bringing out the lost recipes and promoting the culinary talents of young and aspiring chefs and home cooks. The fusion of millets in this competition provides a unique opportunity for participants to showcase their creativity and innovation in cooking with healthy and sustainable ingredients, promoting awareness about their versatility.
The competition was live till October 31st, 2023 and received entries from across different parts of India.
However, after careful consideration, we did not receive entries that fully met the criteria for this competition. We appreciate the effort and creativity put forth by all the participants, but none of the entries satisfied the evaluation process. We commend all the participants for their enthusiasm and dedication and encourage all participants to continue exploring the culinary landscape while preserving the heritage of Indian cuisine.
As we reflect on this journey, we want to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants who joined us on this adventure. Your passion for cooking and your willingness to participate did not go unnoticed. We hope that you will continue to nurture your culinary skills and pursue your dreams in the world of gastronomy.
