Closure Announcement For Identify 10 Measures to Clean the Ganga
The Ministry of Jal Shakti and Namami Gange in collaboration with MyGov hosted a campaign “10 Measures to Clean the Ganga“, inviting participants to propose 10 effective measures to restore and clean the Ganga river, integral to India’s cultural and historical identity. The submissions focused on innovative strategies ranging from strict industrial regulations and sewage treatment advancements to community involvement and awareness campaigns. This activity was hosted from 22 July 2014 to 10 September 2014.
A total of 324 submission were received, reflecting diverse perspectives on revitalizing the Ganga and ensuring its preservation for future generations.
