Closure Announcement for Logo Design Contest for PATIENTS SAFETY-INDIA

January 7, 2025

In a progressive move towards enhancing healthcare quality, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in partnership with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, is establishing a Patient Safety Secretariat. This initiative aims to streamline and promote patient safety measures across all healthcare institutions in India, thereby fostering a culture of safety and accountability in medical practices.
To engage the public and raise awareness around this significant initiative, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and AIIMS, in collaboration with mygov.in, organized a Logo Design Contest for PATIENTS SAFETY-INDIA. The contest ran from November 4 to November 29, 2024, and successfully attracted a remarkable total of 470 submissions. This participation reflects a growing public interest in patient safety and the recognition of its critical role in the healthcare ecosystem.
The selection committee has thoroughly reviewed all the entries submitted for the competition, taking into account the Terms and Conditions outlined during the campaign. Unfortunately, none of the entries met the expectations and desired quality set forth by the Internal Selection Committee.
We appreciate the efforts of all the participants and thank them for their overwhelming interest, enthusiasm, and keenness in participating in this activity. We look forward to your continued participation in upcoming activities.
