Closure Announcement for National Tourism Day – Caller Tune Contest

The Ministry of Tourism (MoT), Government of India observed the National Tourism Day on the 25th of January 2022, under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the 75-week grand celebration launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark 75 years of India’s independence. MoT organised a contest on MyGov to write and compose a Caller Tune in Hindi /English to highlight qualities like the rich cultural heritage of India and its illustrious history.

The contest was hosted on MyGov from 24th January 2022 to 6th February 2022 and received the response of 581 participation from the users.

While the selection committee appreciates the efforts all participants put in, it was decided that none of the entries were suitable to be used for the purpose. Therefore, it is decided not to proceed further with the entries received for the said competition.

The Ministry of Tourism and MyGov appreciate the efforts of all the participants and thank them for their interest, enthusiasm, and keenness in participating in this competition.
