Closure Announcement for Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition on Lymphatic Filariasis Haathipawn 2024
The National Center for Vector Borne Diseases Control (NCVBDC), Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in collaboration with MyGov, conducted an online Poster making and Slogan writing Competition on Lymphatic Filariasis (Haathipawn). The competition was aimed at students from Class 6 to 8, Class 9 to 12, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students from universities and technical institutions across India. The competition was live from 10th July 2024 to 15th September 2024. The themes were “Community Togetherness Against Lymphatic Filariasis,” “Promote Mass Drug Administration (MDA),” and “Raising Awareness on Controlling and Preventing Culex Mosquitoes.”
Total participation for the competition was 159. After the evaluation process by the committee, it was decided that none of the entries were suitable to be used for the purpose. Therefore, it is not feasible to proceed further with the entries received for the said competition.
