Closure Announcement for Share Your Traditional Ways to Process Millets
To raise awareness and encourage the traditional usage and consumption of millets, NIScPR-SVASTIK and MyGov organized an activity “Share Your Traditional Ways to Process Millets” from 01 October 2023 to 30 November 2023.
The objective of this initiative was to invite individuals to submit traditional millet processing techniques as millets being hardy crops are tough to process.
The activity was open to all Indian citizens and received the enthusiastic participation of 372 individuals from various regions of the country.
We appreciate the efforts of the participants and thank them for their interest, enthusiasm, and valuable contributions in making this activity a success.
