Closure Announcement of Bringing all stakeholders together to clean Ganga
This initiative “Bringing all stakeholders together to clean Ganga” , hosted by Ministry of Jal Shakti and Namami Gange on the MyGov platform, aimed to solicit draft roadmaps from participants on how various stakeholders could collaborate to clean the Ganga river. This activity was hosted from 20 July 2014 to 10 September 2014. The task encouraged individuals to propose comprehensive strategies involving government agencies, local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders to address the pollution challenges faced by the Ganga.
A total of 127 submissions were received, reflecting widespread interest and commitment to collective action in restoring the cleanliness of the Ganga.
