Closure Announcement of Snap for Shoonya – Photography Competition
“Shoonya – Zero Pollution Mobility” is a consumer awareness campaign, which aims to reduce air pollution by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) for ride-hailing and deliveries in cities. The campaign focuses on (a) a corporate branding Programme to recognize industry efforts, (b) consumer awareness drive to promote awareness about the public health and environmental benefits of EVs, and (c) resource toolkits to enable businesses and individual customers to understand the financing opportunities, emission and cost benefits of EV, and national and state EV policies.
The Shoonya campaign came together with MyGov India to invite entries for a photography competition to recognize EVs and associated charging infrastructure in India. The competition was hosted on the MyGov platform from 21st October 2022 to 20th November 2022.
The photography competition received 430 entries, which were evaluated internally. It was decided that no entry fulfilled the evaluation criteria and expected standards for the prize award. It is therefore decided not to proceed further with the entries as received against the said contest.
The competition is relaunched on the MyGov platform. Please refer to the photography competition relaunch announcement, here [https://www.mygov.in/task/snap-shoonya-photography-competition-20/].
We appreciate the efforts of all participants and thank them for their overwhelming interest, and enthusiasm in participating in the photography competition.
