Data Centres of Government of Jharkhand
Currently two Data Centres are operated by Government of Jharkhand:
1. Jharkhand State Data Centre (JHSDC)
State Data Centre enables the various State Departments to host their services/applications on a common infrastructure with efficient management, ensuring that computing resources and the support connectivity infrastructure is adequately and optimally used.

1. Tier-2 Architecture – 99.749% Uptime.
2. ISO 27001 and 20000 Certified
3. Cloud Enabled Multi-Layer Security
4. Redundant Connectivity
5. DR & NDC Facility
6. 24x7x365 Server and Network Monitoring Services
2. JAP-IT Data Centre (JDC)
JAP-IT Data Centre is Established by JAP-IT & used to deploy websites/applications for State Government departments/agencies. Initially, applications are deployed in the development or inauguration phase and once development and security audits are complete the applications are shifted to the State Data Centre.
Key Highlights:
1. Total 107+ Application are running from JAP-IT Data Centre.
2. Major Application Deployed & Launched from JAP-IT Data Centre:
Mukhayamantri Maiya Samman Yojna, Sarkaar Aapke Dwar 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 & 4.0, Abua Awas Yojna, UDDP, Jharkhand Welfare Scheme Apps, Guru Ji Credit Card, VMS System for Hon’ble High Court & District Courts.
3. Capacity:
a. Compute: 1260 Physical Core.
b. Memory: 25 TB.
c. SAN Storage: 200 TB.
d. Hybrid NAS: 200 TB.
e. Data dump Storage: 100 TB
4. Maintenance of JAP-IT Data Centre is being done by In-House Technical Team (PMU).
