Dear Prime Minister sir.. Today’s HELMET issue is increased, for which many accident occurs. If possible then you have to change the rule for that, today’s any pepople they not wearing HELMET while driving, is a certain fine for them, i suggest instead of that u give a HELMET to them with a price of HELMET. BY this i can sure this problem will be decreased and people will be saved or no. of accident is also less. SAB KA SATH SAB KA VIKAS… THIS CAN HELP FOR TO BUILD SMART CITY.

Key success criteria of this road map are:
1/ All Indians have access to world-class civic urbane amenities: The definition of "urbane" would include a safe, healthy, pleasant, eco-friendly living and working environment that satisfy the criteria set for so-called Green-cities/buildings.
2/ Janapadas are near 100% self-sustainable: In terms of food, water, energy and employment while producing reasonable economic-activity.
3/ Developed nation level per-Capita GDP: Minimum target per-capita GDP
