Eligibility Criteria and Document Required
• Residency: Must be a resident of Jharkhand.
• Age: Must be between 18 to 50 years old.
• Must have their name on the Ration Card.
• Documents:
o Ration Card
o Aadhaar Card
o Passport -size Photographs
o Aadhaar Linked Individual Bank Account Details
o Self-Declaration Form
Exclusion Criteria
o The applicant should not be a government employee or a not covered under any type of other social security pension schemes.
o None of the family member should be employed as a regular, contractual, or government employee, or working in a public sector undertaking (PSU).
o The family should not include an income taxpayer or a member holding a position as an MP or MLA.
o Employees contributing to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) are also excluded.
How to Apply
1. Online: Visit https://mmmsy.jharkhand.gov.in/
2. Offline:
o Free Form Distribution: Anganwadi workers will distribute application forms door to door.
o Submission at Special Camps:
Rural Areas: Submit at Panchayat-level camps.
Urban Areas: Submit at Ward/Anganwadi Centers.
3. Verification: Applicants must be present for Aadhaar and photo verification.
4. Implementation: Under the District Deputy Commissioner.
Rural Areas: By Block Development Officer (BDO).
Urban Areas: By Zonal Officer.
5. Updates: Monthly honorarium details will be sent to the registered mobile number.
