Nai Raahein Nai Manzilein an initiative to explore the untapped places of Himachal

Many areas of Himachal Pradesh, which are full of nature’s beauty, needs to be developed in terms of tourism. Because of this, the Himachal Government has launched a scheme called ” Nai raahein Nayi Manzilein’’Under this scheme, work is being done to beautify untapped areas of the state in terms of tourism. The state government, led by Chief Minister Shri Jairam Thakur ji, incorporated “Nai raahein Nayi Manzlilein scheme in the financial budget 2018-19. The Himachal government has made a provision of Rs 50 crore for this scheme.Under the “Nai raahein Nai Manizlein scheme in the first phase, Bir Billing in, District Kangra, Chanshal in district Shimla and Janjehli area of District Mandi are being developed from tourism point of view

Chanshal to be Developed as a tourist Destination

There is tremendous potential for adventure sports, camping in the Chanshal region of the Shimla district. State government will develop Chanshal under the “Nai Nai Manzilein scheme. This will increase movements of tourists. Which will provide self-employment and employment opportunities to the local public.

New Trekking Routes to be Developed in Janjheli Ghati

In order to facilitate tourists, new trekking routes will also be developed in the Janjheli area of the district Mandi . Apart from this, many forest rest houses / inspection areas will be upgraded to facilitate tourists. State Government is committed to attract Tourist to Janjheli and other places

Paragliding Institute in Bir-Billing

Bir-Billing will be developed in district Kangra,under Nai Raahein Nai Manzilein as a tourist destination . The state government is working to establish Paragliding Institute here.which will attract lot of adventurous sports lovers.and various other activities are also in consideration.
