These transformative initiatives represent a major step towards modernizing the citizen-government interface and streamlining access to online government services, for the benefit of all citizens.
Objective:
One of the primary objectives of the CM Arunachal e-Seva is to enhance the ease of living and doing business in the State. By consolidating all government services into one platform, citizens will no longer have to search through multiple websites or physical locations to avail themselves of the services they need. This will save them valuable time and effort, making their lives much easier.
In the context of ease of doing business, the process of obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the businesses operating in Arunachal Pradesh has been streamlined under the e-Seva portal, greatly benefitting the local entrepreneurs of the State and promoting a conducive environment for the growth of the regional economy.
Features of the CM Arunachal e-Seva:
The platform’s services are strategically categorized into three main segments: government-to-citizen (G2C), government-to-business (G2B), and government-to-government (G2G) services.
Government-to-citizen (G2C) services:
In the G2C category, citizens can avail themselves of 19 essential services, ranging from the issuance of income certificates to the registration of birth certificates and vehicles. Government-to-business (G2B) services:

Within the G2G service category, e-Seva offers three essential services, namely the e-Office, e-HRMS, and Treasury MIS. The e-office module promotes paperless communication and workflow automation, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing productivity across government departments. The e-HRMS ensures efficient management of human resources within the government, contributing to a more streamlined and responsive workforce. Lastly, the Treasury MIS generates accurate financial data and facilitates effective financial management within the government.
