Winner Announcement Blog for Essay Competition on The Topic Operation Sindoor- Redefining India’s Policy Against Terrorism
The Ministry of Defence in collaboration with MyGov, invited citizens for the Essay Competition on “Operation Sindoor – Redefining India’s Policy Against Terrorism,” held from 1st June 2025 to 31st July 2025.
This competition aimed to inspire citizens to share their views on how India is strengthening its fight against terrorism. It also celebrated the vital role of Operation Sindoor in protecting our nation and shaping a safer future.
The response we received is overwhelming – with 20,557 entries pouring in from across the nation, each carrying unique perspectives, deep research, and a strong sense of patriotism.
After a thorough evaluation by our expert panel, we are proud to declare the Winner List.
The winning entry was praised for its clarity, originality, and strong research. It highlighted the aims of Operation Sindoor, its role in strengthening national security, and offered practical ideas for a safer and stronger India.
We congratulate the winner for their outstanding contribution and extend our sincere appreciation to all participants. Your words reflect the unity, awareness, and resolve that form the backbone of our nation’s fight against terrorism.
All expenses related to travel, boarding, lodging food etc. to attend the ceremony will be borne by the individuals and their companion. However, travel by Delhi Metro will be free of charge with e-invitation to reach the venue (Red Fort). Further, it may be noted that the children below 05 years will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.
