Winner Announcement Blog for the Chandrayaan-3 Mahaquiz
On August 23, 2023, the world witnessed the momentous occasion of Chandrayaan 3’s flawless moon landing, making India the first nation to do so close to the moon’s south pole.
While addressing the ISRO scientists in Bengaluru, PM Narendra Modi mentioned, “MyGov will start the quiz competition on Chandrayaan-3 on September 1. I will request students to participate in the Chandrayaan-3 quiz, which will help them explore the country’s lunar mission.”
The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), in collaboration with MyGov, hosted the Chandrayaan 3 Mahaquiz from September 1st, 2023, to October 31st, 2023. The quiz not only celebrated the nation’s achievement but also provided a platform for citizens to showcase their passion for science and curiosity about the moon.
The quiz was available to both Indian and international users in both English and Hindi. The quiz witnessed tremendous success, with a total of 40.43 lakhs of participants from both Indian and international MyGov Saathis. The quiz received the highest participation from Uttar Pradesh, followed by Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
