Winner Announcement for NCL Video Contest – Breaking Free from Colonial Legacy
Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov organized the NCL Video Contest – Breaking Free from Colonial Legacy in an effort to publicize and enable a better understanding among the youth and masses of the 3 New Criminal Laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
The contest was conducted on the MyGov platform from 9th September 2025 to 9th October 2025, receiving a total of 190 entries. BPR&D, Ministry of Home Affairs, has selected Ms. Subhi Sharma (User ID: 137009641) as the winner of this competition.
