Winner Announcement for NCL Video Contest on Rights of Citizens in Police Interactions
Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov organized the NCL Video Contest on Rights of Citizens in Police Interactions in an effort to publicize and enable a better understanding among the youth and masses of the 3 New Criminal Laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
The contest was conducted on the MyGov platform from 7th January 2026 to 7th February 2026, receiving a total of 759 entries. BPR&D, Ministry of Home Affairs are glad to announce the following as the winner of this contest.
