Winner Announcement for Poster making contest on Voluntary Blood Donation
We are delighted to announce the winners of the Poster-Making Contest on Voluntary Blood Donation hosted on MyGov from 3rd May 2023 to 31st May 2023 in commemoration of World Blood Donor Day, celebrated every year on 14th June.
This contest aimed to raise global awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products for transfusion, support national blood transfusion services, blood donor organizations, and other non-governmental organizations, and thank blood donors.
In response to this contest, we received a total of 881 poster entries. The theme of the contest – “Give Blood, Give Plasma, Share Life, Share Often” Focuses on patients requiring life-long transfusion support and underlines the role every single person can play, by giving the valuable gift of blood or plasma.
After careful evaluation by our esteemed panel of judges, who considered the creativity, and relevance to the theme of each entry, we are excited to present the winners:
