Winner announcement for “Quiz on Women’s Empowerment/Participation in the Indian Armed Forces”
Republic Day is one of the most celebrated and observed occasions in India. On 26th January 1950, the Constitution of India came into force and laid the foundation towards Indian Independence. From spectacular parades at Kartavya Path, New Delhi, to unfurling the national flag across various parts of the country, every citizen is engrossed in the patriotic celebration.
On the occasion of India’s 74th Republic Day Celebrations, the Ministry of Defence, in collaboration with MyGov, conducted an Quiz on “Women Empowerment/Participation in Indian Armed Forces“ from 5th January 2023 to 20th January 2023 to raise awareness about Women participation in armed forces.
The quiz was open to all Indian citizens and was available in English and Hindi. 18,963 citizens across the country participated in the quiz to make it a grand success.
The top 10 participants shall receive cash prizes, and all the participants were issued an online participation certificate by MyGov.
