Winner Announcement for Reels2Road – Safe Roads Begin With You
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and Centre of Excellence for Road Safety, IIT Madras in collaboration with MyGov conducted Reels2Road – Reel making contest – as part of Road Safety Month 2026, aimed at raising awareness on critical road safety issues.
The contest was hosted from 29th January 2026 to 2nd March 2026 and invited participants from across India to creatively communicate responsible road behaviour, safe driving practices, and individual responsibility in accident prevention. It drew strong public engagement, with 956 submissions received through MyGov. The entries collectively reflect a broad range of perspectives and a genuine public commitment to promoting safer roads. After a thorough review, the jury found only the 2nd winner from MyGov:
