Winner Announcement for Video Making Contest on Enhancement of Police Transparency in NCL
Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) under Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov organized the Video Making Competition on Enhancement of Police Transparency in NCL in an effort to publicize and enable a better understanding among the youth and masses of the 3 New Criminal Laws: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
The contest was conducted on the MyGov platform from 6th August 2025 to 6th September 2025 and receiving a total of 554 entries. BPR&D, Ministry of Home Affairs, has selected Shri Neer Harish Makoriya (User ID: 136651668) as the winner of this competition.
