Winner Announcement for Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2027 Logo Design Competition

The Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Authority is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the Logo Design Competition for the Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2027.
Organized in collaboration with MyGov, the competition invited citizens to create a logo that reflects the spiritual significance, cultural heritage, and timeless traditions of one of the world’s largest and most revered religious gatherings. The contest was hosted on MyGov from 20 November to 20 December 2025 and received an overwhelming response, with 3,067 entries submitted from across India and 70 entries from international participants.
After a rigorous evaluation by the committee constituted by the Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Authority, the following are the Winners of the contest;

The selected logo beautifully captures the sacred identity of Nashik and Trimbakeshwar. It incorporates Lord Shiva’s Trishul to symbolize spiritual energy, the silhouette of the Trimbakeshwar Temple, the arch of the Kalaram Temple, and the Godavari River depicted in the form of a Shivling, representing the sacred bathing traditions associated with the Kumbh Mela.
The official logo was unveiled by Devendra Fadnavis, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, on 13 May 2026 during a formal event organized by the Government of Maharashtra.
