Winner Announcement of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav Online Creative Writing Competition Part 1 & Part 2
On the occasion of commemorating the 75th year of India’s Independence celebrating it as “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” an “Online Creative Writing Activity” was organized by NCERT, in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and MyGov team in the month of March 2021. The purpose of this was to explore the creative instinct of students and encourage them to pen their ideas on the themes related to Indian Independence. For participation in this activity, entries were invited in the form of Essay, Poem, Life Story, role play and poster sketch. The Online Creative Writing Activity was live on the MyGov portal from 12th March 2021 to 12th April 2021.
It is heartening to announce that 11,718 participants from all over the country took part in the Essay, Poem, Life Story, Role Play and Poster Sketch. The spirit and love of the participants for significance of the Writing Activity is gratefully acknowledged.
NCERT has identified best three entries for each activity (Essay, Poem, Story, Poster Sketch and Role Play) for national level recognition and certification.

Online Creative Contest Part -2
Online Creative Contest Activity went live on the MyGov portal on the occasion of Teachers Day i.e. 5th September 2021 till 5th October 2021 with an aim to remember our local heroes and their contributions to the freedom struggle of India and also their contribution pre- and post-independence. It is heartening to announce that 5,651 participants from all over the country took part in the Essay, Poem, Life Story, Role Play and Poster Sketch. The spirit and love of the participants for significance of the Writing Activity is gratefully acknowledged. As per the guidelines of the activity, all the participants have received their online participation certificate.
NCERT has identified best three entries for each activity (Essay, Poem, Story, and Poster Sketch) for national level recognition and certification.
