Winner Announcement of Digital India Quiz
On the occasion of Digital India Day on July 1, 2021, a Quiz on various initiatives taken up by the Government of India under the Digital India Programme for empowering the citizens was hosted by NeGD, Ministry of Electronics & IT on the MyGov platform. The quiz was open to all citizens of India from July 1 – 31, 2021.
The Digital India programme is centered on three key vision areas viz. Governance & Services on Demand, Digital Empowerment of Citizens and Digital Infrastructure as a Core Utility to Every Citizen. It’s heartening to see that the quiz competition witnessed much enthusiasm from people of all ages from all across India. An overwhelming total of 56,517 contestants took part in the quiz with maximum participation from those between the age group of 18 – 34 years.
The top 5 participants of the Quiz duly received a “Certificate of Achievement” from the Ministry of Electronics & IT. The winners were announced on the official social media handles of Digital India as well (https://twitter.com/_DigitalIndia/status/1452565788687159299).
