Winner Announcement of #YogaFor9To5 Contest

The Ministry of Women and Child Development on the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2018 launched a Social Media contest — ‘#YogaFor9To5’ on MyGov inviting participants to share self-demonstration Videos and Pictures of Yoga Asanas being practiced during office hours. It also aimed to imbibe Yoga in our daily lives especially during work.
Contest entries were invited from June 9-21, 2018, on MyGov platform and Ministry’s mailing address. The jury selected the following video received on the Ministry’s mail as the winning entry.
