Winners of the Essay Writing Competition – Samajika Nyaya mattu Devaraja Urs
Devaraj Urs was a champion of Justice. His reforms targeted the Depressed Classes of Karnataka, especially the oppressed and the backward castes. In honour of his contributions to the state, the Department of Backward Classes Development, Government of Karnataka invited its citizens to an Essay writing competition under the title ‘Social Justice and Devaraj Urs.
ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಅರಸು ರವರು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಂಡ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಸಮಾಜ ಸುಧಾರಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು. ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ನಾಗರೀಕರಿಗೆ ‘ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ದೇವರಾಜ ಅರಸು’ ಎಂಬ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು.

The competition received a incredible number of responses from across Karnataka. Participants from diverse age groups, so many of them beneficiaries of the many measures of Devaraj Urs sent their submissions. The jury committee congratulates the winners and all the participants for sending their fabulous work.
ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ರೀತಿಯ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ದೊರೆತಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವಿವಿಧ ವಯೋಮಾನದವರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
