Winner Announcement Blog for Quiz on India’s Democracy
In the run-up to the 18th Lok Sabha Election, ‘Mera Pehla Vote Desh Ke Liye’ campaign was launched to encourage the youth, especially first-time voters to exercise their democratic right.
To further engage and empower young voters in the country, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in collaboration with MyGov, hosted ‘Quiz on India’s Democracy’ from February 27 to March 14, 2024. The quiz was available in 12 languages – English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu.
The quiz witnessed an overwhelming participation of people of different age groups and across different states. We are pleased to announce the top 18 winners who are entitled to a cash price of Rs. 5000 each.
