Winners Announced for Quiz on Indian Nuclear Programme
As a part of Independence Day Celebrations 2026, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in collaboration with MyGov conducted the online Quiz on Indian Nuclear Programme from 25th July to 28th July 2026 with an aim to spread awareness among the citizens of India about the Indian Nuclear Programme and its significant contribution towards the nation’s scientific progress and technological advancement.
The quiz received a total participation of 16,623 citizens from across the country, reflecting their keen interest in understanding India’s achievements in the field of nuclear science and technology.

Additionally, the Ministry of Defence will send online invitation cards to the top three winners’ registered email addresses to attend the 2026 Independence Day Ceremony at the Red Fort, New Delhi.
All expenses related to travel, boarding, lodging, food, etc. to attend the ceremony will be borne by the winners and their companion. However, travel by Delhi Metro will be free of charge with the e-invitation to reach the venue (Red Fort). Further, children below 05 years of age will not be allowed to attend the ceremony.
