Comments Received on TRAI’s Consultation Paper on Compensation to the Consumers in the Event of Dropped Calls
On 04.09.2015, TRAI issued a Consultation Paper on compensation to the consumers in the event of dropped calls for comments of stakeholders. The last date for sending comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper was 21.09.2015. Apart from the comments received from “mygov”, TRAI has also received comments from various stakeholders directly.
