The Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana Group on MyGov invited inputs from citizens for essential facilities under the scheme. Citizens have brainstormed and presented innovative ideas based on rural culture and population such as promotion of regional arts, taking the PPP route for building homes with the help of local architects etc. Emphasis is also laid on strengthening the Common Service Centre (CSC) network in villages. Some selected responses received are presented below:

BHARATH KUMAR: The scheme should be customised to the location of the village (a single plan cannot be employed all over India). This task has to be done by the MP involved with the village. Problems and solutions in several areas such as health, environment, housing and sanitation have been elaborated.

Issue :Many small farmers do not have access to harvesting, sowing or other Agriculture machineries. They still use traditional agrigultural methods,Suggestion : I suggest Govt can provide them on daily/weekly rental basis for farmers. Say for 10 villages, Govt can allocate 1 set of agriculture machineries. Farmers should book dates for their usage. We can invite volunteer corporates/individuals for sponsoring machinery. This will definitely help farmers & improve agri yield

This is regarding a cluster of villages by name Shirguni, HireMuski, Kakkalli, KaanMuski, Astaal, etc. under the Gram Panchayat of Vanalli in Sirsi Taluk, Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka state. These villages accomodate about 50% of backward class & about 10% of adivasis & remaining forward caste. Last 20 years we have been seeing the condition of the roads worst. In the last 5 elections both MP & MLA are from BJP. But as far as road is concerned, no govt. money is spent. Please consider.

though i am city bred,i have my rotts in Village Sudhar in Distt Ludhiana. My father and prominent ex residents of the village got together with financial contribution and set up a crematorium where LPG is used for disposing of dead bodies,About 4 cylinders are required to cremate an adult body. This works out very cheap and save chopping of trees.Mr.PM this can be launched nation wide.Tax sops can also be given. If entrusted to honest people of the village it will be cheap and successful.

Introducing Annual awards for Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana could cost the government anywhere between 50-100 crores but would also do a great deal in creating awareness and marketing these cities for tourists. It would also let other cities/villages learn from experience of the best practices being followed and drive and motivate them for better performance.

Competition brings the best out of any person. Hence let the parliamentarians compete to develop their villages. Introduce Annual Rewards (say additional 5-10 Crores) for best work done by Parliamentarians in their constituencies under following categories viz. 1. Most neat and clean Village/city 2. Safest city 3. Tourist friendly city, 4. City providing cheapest/best health/medical facilities.

currently we are having Grama Panchayats system to develop villages,it’s really taking very long time(>15 years/Village)due to corruption in each level & other many factors are influencing panchayats member to develop them-self instead of their villages. i am really working on one model’C2V MODEL”Corporate to village’in each thalkqe will have minimum 10 companies,we can approach them to develop the villages at 2 villages in a year by giving provision benefits.less investment & more devlopment

for adarsh gram five basic changes is must 1.change of individual,s thinking about cleaning sanitation & development.
gram ka pratyek sadsya jb tk apni swyam ki soch me ye badlav nhi layega gram ke vikas ko mahtv nahi dega tb tk adarsh gram bnana smbhav nahi.
kyuki kitni hi yojnaye gramvasiyo ki berukhi and agynata ke karna sfl nahi ho pati isliye gram vasiyo ko mansik rup se saksham banana bhi is yojna ka pryas hona chahiye.
gramvashiyo me jimmedari ki bhavna hona chahiye.miljulkar work kare

This money shall be used in election against democracy. Money power will force the common man to vote for selfish crooks and fear for criminals.
In fact salary of those MPs should be reduced who have not adopted the village for improvement.

  • Ratan Chaudhary - 9 years ago

Most of the honourable MPs are Crorepati/Arabpati and some of them are having criminal cases as published in newspapers/TV channels, their salary should not be increased. They are already getting hefty salary. Increasing their salary is against democracy. 27% of population is below poverty line. It appears that they are not at all concerned for the improvement of the condition of common man, but only concerned for themselves.
