Closure announcement for My Handloom My Pride – For Children
Ministry of Textile conducted as a part of one of the activities on the occasion of 7th National Handloom Day on 7th August 2021 by the Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles in coordination with MyGov. The 7th of August is celebrated as “National Handloom Day” every year with the objective to create awareness about the importance of the handloom industry and its contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.
To celebrate this occasion we launched a online Quiz under the theme of “My Handloom My Pride”
The details of the above Quiz Contests on Know Your Handlooms are as follows:
- Quiz contest for students up to Class 12th (Duration – 7th to 10th August 2021).
The above Quiz Contests received an overwhelming response from the General public & Students. The total no. of participation for:
- Quiz contest for Students Up to Class 12th was 19,716
They received a participation certificate for playing the quiz.
We appreciate the efforts of all the participants and thank them for their overwhelming interest, enthusiasm, and keenness in participating in the above competition.
