Comments Received on TRAI’s Consultation Paper on Compensation to the Consumers in the Event of Dropped Calls

On 04.09.2015, TRAI issued a Consultation Paper on compensation to the consumers in the event of dropped calls for comments of stakeholders. The last date for sending comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper was 21.09.2015. Apart from the comments received from “mygov”, TRAI has also received comments from various stakeholders directly. All these comments have been posted at: http://trai.gov.in/Content/Consultation_ViewCommentDescription/10749_0_ViewCommentDescription.aspx for your counter comments before 28.09.2015 to Smt. Vinod Kotwal, Advisor (F&EA), TRAI.

    Core reform to make dynamic billing on signal strength on the hand held device. Aapp can help to monitor and record all signal strengths and based on that billing should be made

    We want to draw attention by:-(1) keeping proper fixed pots for throwing wastage in each lane of locality,(2) stopping wastage of water by putting key in the tapes which is without key, because this is simply wastage of water,(3)keeping some arrangements for pets like cow, buffalo, Pigs, horses wandering/sitting here and there on the roads,are dangerous for good traffic system.

    In telecommunications dropped call rate is the fraction of thea telephone calls which due to the technical reason we’re cut off before speaking parties had stopped their conversation such calls are classified as dropped calls main reason of dropped call in mobile network is due due to the lack of radio coverage

    A serious comment requires space. The Character allotted are not sufficient, most comments need more space. In to days technology this can be easily increased to at least 1500 Characters.
